Rachel got a birthday gift early from Daddy; he took her to go get her ears pierced. Mommy tagged along to take pictures. Rachel was great and only cried for a brief time after each ear was pierced. A few minutes later she was walking and talking as if it never happened. Well that's almost true, with all the sugar from the lollipop she had an extra bounce in her step.

Earrings!
Rachel got a birthday gift early from Daddy; he took her to go get her ears pierced. Mommy tagged along to take pictures. Rachel was great and only cried for a brief time after each ear was pierced. I can't believe that Rachel is about to be 1!!!!!!! She looks so brave sitting there waiting to get her ears pierced. We are going to get to Houston Dec 2nd around midnight and leave early in the morning on the 31st. When are you leaving?

i love how she's wearing a "daddy loves me" t-shirt as you hold her down and let a stranger poke a needle through her ear. ah, the irony of it all!
Oh those suckers get them everytime!!! She looks like she did pretty good!! We did Makaya's when she was 2 and it was the most interesting experience! Good to do it when they're young :)
