In case you think you're seeing things, yes, the name of the store is "Fro Me A Party". You can't make this stuff up. FRO me a party. Apparently some guy, Mr. Fro, decided it would be a great play on words to use his last name in the title of his party supply store. It seems he probably should have given it a bit more thought, because if you're not in on the whole "his name is Fro, and it's called 'Fro Me a Party'" thing he just comes off as a completely racist moron. Good job Mr. Fro. Well done. Moron.
